Paul Walker, Journeyman Chef, and Suzanne Walker, Catering Manager, a husband and wife team, are proud to serve you.

We cater to any function from 20 to 1200 people such as weddings, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, conferences, Easter celebrations, picnics, camps, funerals, annual meetings, business meetings, Christmas, New Year's Eve, hockey banquets, dinner concerts, graduations, home parties, etc.

Paul Walker has been a Chef for 23 years. He has cooked every cuisine imaginable: from French, Continental, Californian, to East meets West, etc. We have served meals from Florida to Huntsville, Ontario.

Paul has worked in banquet halls (Ella's B. H., La Vedette, La Rosa, La Gondola), restaurants (Winstons, Hogans Inn, The Doctor's House), Hotels (Four Seasons, Ramada Inn, Parkway Sheraton) and Resorts (Wig-a-Mog-Inn, Chateau Woodland). He has held positions from Pastry Chef, Executive Chef to Catering Manager and Assistant General Manager. On behalf of the Ontario Government, Paul has served food for Queen Elizabeth at Trillium Restaurant.

We have enjoyed catering weddings at Markham Missionary Alliance Church, Markham Bible Chapel, Bethany Chapel, Bendale Bible Chapel, Lansing Gospel Hall, Centennial Baptist Church, The Enoch Turner School House, Old Unionville Community Centre, Markham C. C, Crosby Memorial C. C., Thornhill C. C., West Rouge C.C., Thornhill Holy Trinity Church, Markham Museum Pavilion, Mimico Cruising Yacht Club, and garden weddings at private homes. 

MISCELLANEOUS:

We have catered functions for Salvation Army (North York, Agincourt, Markham, Scarborough, Yorkminster and Rhodes Avenue). We have also catered functions at Thornhill Presbyterian Church, Bayview Glen Alliance Church, Peoples Church, Chapel Place Presbyterian Church, Bridletowne Park Church, Hilltop Chapel, Evangel Temple, The Queensway Cathedral, Ontario Bible College, Ontario Theological Seminary, Bethany Courts Retirement Condominiums, The Warden House Community Centre, The Unionville Heritage Centre, The Scarborough Lions Club, Royal York Hotel, MacKenzie Financial, R.G. Mitchell's Family Books, Ascom Canada, Canadian TODS Limited, Keating Technologies, Sinclair Technologies, Daisytek Canada, The Momiji Centre, Heinz Canada, F.B.I., Twin Dragon, The Royal Canadian Legion, Siemens Electro Medical.

We also attended the Good Food Festival at the C.N.E. in May/97 and also attended again on May 4,5,6, 2001.

In October/98 we catered a Fund Raiser Gala at The Bay for the Markham Stouffville Hospital. We were also involved in contributing to the October/99 function.

We were involved in the fund raising auction for the Fred Varley Art Gallery in Markham by donating a wedding package. In January/ 2003, we also donated a wedding package to the CNIB.

We have served meals at the Easter Conference at The Premier Banquet Hall, in Richmond Hill, of which we are responsible for over 6,000 meals. The last conference we served was March 29, 30,& 31, 2002.
